The online Tracking & Management System is provided to you as a part of our
premier customer services package. This system allows you to track all
Work Order activities for the services that we perform for your company.
This gives you the ability to see exactly how much time has been spent so
that you control your spending. This also includes an Asset Management module
to manage all of your assets. Each asset is linked to service performed through
the Asset History Section. This leads to better management when determining
system upgrades.
These are just a sample of features offered, there are many others
included with the system, and because we built this system, we update
it to ensure that it continues to provide customer focused information.
